Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This promotion is available to new registrations only, and applies only to JOL Tuition Packages with our driving school.

2. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid for registrations made between January 16, 2025, and January 31, 2025, only. Registrations made outside this period are not eligible for the discount.

3. Discount Application: The $100 discount will be applied automatically upon using the promocode 100OFFJAN25. The promocode must be entered during registration to receive the discount.

4. Limitations:

   • Only one discount can be applied per new registration.

   • Duplicate registrations or multiple uses of the promocode by the same person will not be honored.

   • Any registrations received between January 16th 2025 and Jan 31st 2025, that have a matching registration received before the start of the promotion are ineligible to use this Promotion.

   • Only Applies to Registrations for classes being held in February, March, and April 2025.

   • Any Request to transfer to a Class other than those held in February, March, or April 2025 will be charged full price, currently listed on our website www.hoffmanautoschool.com.

5. Non-Transferability: The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

6. Refund Policy: If you cancel your registration, the $100 discount will be voided and the refund will be processed based on the original price of the course.

7. Modifications & Cancellations: The driving school reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time without notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or posted on our website.

8. No Cash Value: The $100 discount has no cash value and is non-refundable.

9. Liability: The driving school is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may prevent the use of the promocode or registration for the promotion.

10. Governing Law: This promotion is governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, in which the driving school operates.

11. Miscellaneous: By participating in this promotion, registrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification from the promotion.
